 The avanti cp 455 is an ideal machine if you run a recycling unit and spend half your day clearing woven sacks out of a shredder, the Avanti  CP 455 MS 400 is built to fix that. It’s a twin shaft machine made for PP woven bags and sacks, and it keeps working without the constant stopping and untangling. Plastic recyclers, packaging waste processors, reprocessors and manufacturers who deal with woven polypropylene every day will find it a good fit.

How It Works

Two cutting shafts pull the woven material in, and fixed strippers clean it off the rollers as it goes. Because the material doesn’t wrap around the shafts, jams are rare and the shredding stays smooth.

The 400 x 250 mm chamber takes whole bags and woven sheets, so you won’t spend much time pre-cutting. What comes out is an even shred of 6-12 mm x 50-100 mm, ready for washing, pelletizing or the next step in your recycling line.

Overload Protection

If the machine gets overloaded or jams, the overload protector switches off the motor and reverses the rollers on its own. This protects the motor and blades from damage and gets you back to work quickly. The motor can run in auto or online start/off mode, so it’s easy to control.
